AI for Health and Wellcare

AI for Health and Wellcare is designed for aspiring and practicing clinicians and those interested in applying AI to deliver more personalized, effective, and efficient care across the lifespan from bedside to daily life. The discussion will center around a series of use cases that illustrate how AI has been utilized to address current labor, skill, and resource limitations and its potential for shaping how care is conceptualized in a rapidly changing global and social context. Given the demands of regulation and data privacy, we consider the risks of autonomous AI and ways to mitigate these concerns using human-in-the-loop approaches. The presenters have scientific and industry experience ranging from rehabilitation science and assistive technology, pharmaceutical sciences and drug delivery, to population health and epidemic monitoring.
